Fillin Forge is a WordPress form builder made by a small team of engineers.
What Fillin Forge is
Fillin Forge is a form builder plugin for WordPress. The Free plugin has 24 of the 28 field types, 168 templates, conditional logic, webhooks and file uploads. The paid plans add AI form generation, multi-step and conversational forms, Stripe payments and more integrations, and they differ by the number of sites. Submissions are saved in your WordPress database. In the paid plans, the AI features, the Telegram, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Sheets and Google Calendar connections, and the PDF of a single submission go through api.avakode.com. Slack, Discord, webhooks and notification emails are sent by your site directly. The Privacy Policy (sections 3.4 and 3.5) lists what is sent.

Free and paid
The Free plugin has conditional logic, webhooks, file uploads and all 168 templates. The paid plans add AI, multi-step and conversational forms, Stripe payments and the branded integrations.
AI
The AI form generator is part of the paid plans. It uses credits and runs through api.avakode.com, so you do not need an OpenAI API key of your own (see the Privacy Policy).
Your data
Fillin Forge is a WordPress plugin. Your forms and submissions live in your own WordPress database, not on our servers. The exception is what a Pro integration needs when you turn it on (Telegram, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Sheets and Google Calendar) and the fields of a submission when you download its PDF on a site with Fillin Forge Pro: that data passes through our API, which relays it and does not store its content. We don’t build a profile of your site.
