Fillin Forge works with page caching, with one thing to watch: the security nonce is written into the page when WordPress builds it.
Page cache
Each form carries a hidden formforge_nonce field, and the front-end script gets the same value as formforgeFront.nonce. Both are created when the page is built, and the browser sends the value back with the submission. A cached copy of the page keeps the old value. WordPress accepts a nonce for between 12 and 24 hours by default, so a cached page that is older than that can be refused. Keep the cache lifetime of pages with forms under 12 hours, or leave those pages out of the page cache.
Analytics counts
The Analytics screen caches its counts for up to 5 minutes per form and date range; a new view, submission or abandoned form clears that cache.
Views
A view is counted each time the form is rendered on the server. A page served whole from a page cache does not render the form again, so those loads are not counted.
