21. Custom Notification Channels

Fillin Forge sends email and generic webhooks in the Free plugin, and Slack, Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp notifications in Fillin Forge Pro. For any other channel, send the message yourself from the submission event.

Example: a chat channel with an incoming webhook

Most chat tools accept a JSON message at a URL. Replace the URL with the one your tool gives you:

If you only need to call another service, the generic webhook in the form settings may be enough without any code.
